1) pepperspray. I have put endless research to find this out. The truth is... Almost all mailmen carry it! My dog lunged at the mail woman shooting past me and, she didn't have it, luckily! She explained to a family member of mine after the incident that she would have sprayed my beloved standard poodle in the face, yes, you read that correctly,FACE!
2) Refuse to deliver packages up to your doorstep. Surprisingly, this is common. As I said before my dog shot past me as I opened the door to recieve a package from the mail woman and she now refuses to deliver packages to our doorstep. We either have to be home or go to the post office to recieve it. A family member of mine went to confront her about it, she was rude. Now may I also explain that my dog didn't bite the mail woman at all. My standard poodle is big and does have a loud bark but it it really necessary THAT I CAN'T RECIEVE A PACKAGE TO MY OWN DOORSTEP WHEN MY CANINE IS LOCKED INSIDE THE HOUSE!? Oops! Got a bit carried away there! This can be quite frustrating at times, fine all the time. I'm sure there is plenty more things mailmen can do, such as, SUE you. But, I'm no lawyer so I don't want to give you false info at all! So... that is an article for another day. This has been Justice 4 pups!
